This umbrella service will include advice and guidance by encouraging City residents to make informed decisions about their own housing choices and options by providing access to a diverse range of advice and guidance services and tools, that will prevent homelessness.
For landlords housing advice includes support and guidance around renting in the private sector. We offer a facilitation and mediation service which can help to sustain longer term tenancies. As every case can be different, we tailor our advice to your needs.
