Landlord Forum Meeting - Tuesday 7th April 2026
We are pleased to invite you to our upcoming City of Wolverhampton Council Landlord Forum, an important opportunity to connect with fellow landlords, hear the latest updates on key legislative changes, and share your experiences in a supportive and collaborative environment.This forum comes at a pivotal time, with significant reforms progressing under the Renters’ Rights Bill, alongside wider changes to the Decent Homes Standard, Awaab’s Law, and MEES requirements. Your insight and engagement are invaluable as the sector navigates this period of transition.
This forum will feature:
- An expert speaker from the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA) covering the Renters’ Rights Bill, Decent Homes Standard, Awaab’s Law, and MEES
- Open Q&A session
- Networking opportunities with local landlords and housing professionals

Please note: Bookings will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis and will be capped once the venue reaches capacity. Anyone who has not registered will not be permitted to attend on the evening, as we must adhere to health and safety guidelines relating to the venue’s capacity.
Early registration is strongly encouraged. Once you have booked, you will receive confirmation of your place nearer the date.
