Call Us First Hosts Landlord Forum with NRLA Presentation

Released: 14 April 2026

Call Us First recently hosted a Landlord Forum, bringing together local landlords to discuss key updates within the private rented sector.

We would like to thank all landlords who took the time to attend the forum and contribute to the discussion. Your continued engagement is greatly valued and helps make these events informative and worthwhile.

As part of the event, the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA) delivered an informative presentation covering current legislation, upcoming changes, and best practice guidance for landlords.

The presentation included:

  • Key updates on existing and proposed rental legislation
  • Landlord compliance responsibilities
  • Emerging challenges within the private rented sector
  • Practical advice to help landlords stay informed and prepared

Hosting events like this allows Call Us First to support landlords by providing access to reliable, up‑to‑date information from trusted industry bodies such as the NRLA. We are pleased to share the NRLA presentation from the forum with our landlords.

The NRLA presentation from the Landlord Forum can be viewed here.
